Heavy-Duty Plastic Formwork
Built for Real Projects
Modular plastic panels that assemble like building blocks. Reusable 60–100 times, with a concrete finish straight from the mould.
Framed panels and accessories for walls, cores and lift shafts.
Adjustable moulds for columns, beams and heavy pours.
Lightweight shells for smooth circular columns.
Corridors, guardrails, guttering and slope protection.
We ran the same wall panels on eight floors of a residential tower. The face is still flat and the frames have not racked at all.
The panels are light enough that two workers handle a full panel, and there is no oiling step at all. Our cycle time dropped noticeably.
We compared the whole-life cost against steel for the same wall area. With the reuses we are getting, plastic came out clearly ahead.
The corridor moulds arrived complete with the accessories and the sections came out with a surface we did not need to patch.
The release agent we used to buy every month is simply not needed any more, and the finish quality is far more consistent.
Every handle, pin and tie we needed came in the same shipment. Nothing held up the first pour.
We sent drawings for a non-standard shaft section and had the mould in hand in under a month. The fit was right first time.
A formwork system only earns its place when it survives a full floor cycle without repair. So every batch is tested for impact, deflection and stripping before it ships.
