Our plastic wall formwork system is engineered around a simple idea: let the panel do the work. Each unit combines a high-strength polymer frame with a smooth ABS or PP face, so the surface finish of your concrete comes straight off the mould without patching.
The system can be adjusted individually to suit complex geometries and high loads. Where surface quality and anchor patterns matter, framed plastic wall formwork delivers the result — and it is equally at home poured with foam or lightweight concrete.

With normal cleaning and release-agent practice, the panels are rated for 70–80 pours. Damaged panels can be replaced individually, which keeps the system in service far longer than a monolithic mould.
