Getting 100 Pours Out of a Plastic Panel

Turnover is not a spec on a datasheet — it is a maintenance discipline. Five habits that keep panels in service far past the rated cycle.
Our panels are rated for 60–100 pours depending on the system. Reaching the top of that range is a matter of handling discipline rather than luck.
Clean at strip, not later
Concrete removed within the first hours releases with light work. Left overnight, it becomes a chipping job that damages the face.
Stack flat, stack supported
Panels stored flat on a pallet keep their geometry; panels stacked on their edges deform under their own weight.
Release agent, applied thinly
A thin, even film is all that is required and it protects the surface as much as it aids stripping.
Replace panels, not sets
Because panels are individual units, a damaged panel is swapped out rather than replacing the whole assembly.
Inspect joints, not faces
Most quality drift shows up in the joint first. A five-minute check each cycle prevents it appearing in the concrete.
