Stackable cylindrical moulds in four diameters moved a precast yard from timber moulds to a repeatable, high-turnover production line.
A precast yard producing circular columns was rebuilding timber moulds after a handful of casts, which limited output.
What we supplied
Stackable plastic cylindrical formwork in 30–45 cm diameters, allowing taller columns to be assembled from standard units.
Result
A repeatable mould that survives many more casts than the timber it replaced, lifting yard throughput without new tooling.
