A single set of interlocking panels covered nine different corridor sections over 1.2 km, replacing the multiple bespoke steel moulds the original plan required.
The corridor programme called for nine different box sections along 1.2 km. The original plan assumed a dedicated steel mould per section.
What we supplied
Interlocking plastic corridor formwork with accessories, configured so that section changes were achieved by re-arranging panels rather than ordering new moulds.
Result
One inventory item covered all nine sections, and the light panels kept cycle times short across the programme.
